By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Jones Air & Water Treatment, LLC. These terms describe our text messaging program.

Program Description

Jones Air & Water sends service-related text messages, including appointment confirmations, scheduling and reminder messages, installation and service updates, estimate and invoice notifications, and other messages related to the water and air services you have requested.

How to Opt In

You opt in by checking the consent box on our website request forms, or by providing your phone number and agreeing to receive texts when you request service by phone or in person. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the status of your service.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Jones Air & Water is not responsible for these charges.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message and then stop sending you text messages. If you want to opt back in, sign up again as you did the first time.

Carriers

Carriers (including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
